Cup question

I know they say if you soak a pad per hour that you should seek medical care, but what would be alarming with a menstrual cup?

I have the regular Saalt cup and my period has been unusually heavy for me today. I’ve emptied it 4 times so far today, completely full and overflowing. I’ve never had to empty it so often before. I feel fine (tired as hell but I’m a parent on Christmas) and zero chance of pregnancy so I know it’s not like an ectopic or anything.
