Has anyone had Carpal Tunnel or other wrist/hand pain and numbness during pregnancy?

So I have a lot of pain and numbness in both my wrists and hands. Even if my hands are slightly elevated for about 7 seconds, they automatically start tingling. When I sleep, I can’t sleep on my sides cause whatever side I am laying on, that particular hand will go numb. So I can only sleep on my back with my arms flat, but I know once I get further along, it’s not recommended to sleep on my back. I also have pain in my wrist when making a fist, or closing my hands around something… sometimes I can’t even hold my toothbrush in the mornings cause my hand is so sore from how much it’s “gone to sleep” while I sleep. I ordered some wrist braces to help, but I’m just wondering if anyone else had experienced it. I also had this during my first pregnancy.
