The last time I went to my fwb we were just laying in bed and he mentioned that we should go to the cinemas sometime and watch a movie together. It was unexpected but I agreed. Today I asked whether he was free tomorrow and he said he might be busy and I was like all good I thought we could see a movie like you said another time then. And he just responded with “let’s save money and watch a movie at my place instead and we can get popcorn like you do when you go”

Now I’m just so annoyed because I get the impression he doesn’t want to go out in public with me even though he’s the one that brought the idea up. I don’t see us going to the movie as dating and we are FRIENDS with benefits and friends do hang out. I don’t want to say at his and watch a movie we’ve done that every time I’ve gone over the last two years we’ve been fwb. Would you be frustrated? I just want to do something different for a change
