Relactation advice?

Hello! My little girl is almost 4 months old and I have decided to take on the journey of Relactation and trying breastfeeding. I wasn’t ready to breastfeed after I had her for personal reasons, but I have felt nothing but guilt since not bf her.

I’ve got a manual pump and some lactation cookies, tons of water. I plan on pumping around 8 times a day, 20 minutes a pump. I also plan to try and get her to latch, but I’m also totally open to just pumping and bottle feeding.

Since this is my first time doing this, any tips/tricks for milk supply & production, how to make it easier on my whole family, would be appreciated! Thank you! 🥰❤️
