Scared

How reliable are these strips ? They’re called one step. I don’t feel pregnant at all. Iv had two kids already/3 pregnancies, this feels like nothing. I feel numb infact. We stopped trying a few months ago. But had been trying for well over a year prior to that. What are the chances of it being a chemical. I just don’t believe I’m pregnant right now. I feel detached. Iv been drinking throughout Christmas too which terrifies me! My periods are irregular after the vaccine in may 2021. But per my Flo, I’m 2 days late. Making today cycle day 30
