So I have a low RBC, last time it was 3.97 and now it’s 3.90 so it’s going down. The rest of my blood work including hemoglobin is normal; except low GGT (something to do with the liver?)

My doctor isn’t concerned at all about the RBC, but I’m always dizzy, out of breath, constant headaches, dizziness when changing positions too quickly (not preeclampsia)

I’ve tried googling it but it all says anemia, but my doctor says I’m not anemic. I’m so confused?? Does anyone else have similar bloodwork? Or is knowledgeable about this stuff and knows what is going on? My doctor is IMPOSSIBLE to reach; so it’s not like I can just call and ask more questions
