Eczema in progress

Hello mamas,

I’ve been trying a new cream ( Laroche Posay) on my LO for his eczema. After I’ve been using 4-6x/day for a week along with steroid 2x/day on his legs( because his legs are really itchy), it seems better. His skin feels a lot softer than before.

After that one week I reduced using steroid down to 1x/day and continue using the cream. I notice red dots on his legs are started to come back. :(

Have I done anything wrong or was that cream wasn’t the right one for him or was it it because I reduce using steroid?

Any advice on or what I should do to help his eczema?
