What do y’all think?!?!

Apologies for the long post. Just worried & confused. This is the first time I’ve been into the doctor this early!

First picture (I was “5 weeks” according to the first day of my last period) was told not to have sex to help prevent miscarriage.. (I have had 1 miscarriage prior to my current 6yr old)

Switched doctors due to having more anxiety after my last appointment. They did blood HCG test on 12/13 it came back as 4,226 (“5w3d”) & progesterone was a 12.6. I was prescribed a progesterone suppository for 3 days but apparently that was a typo it was supposed to be 30 days (going to continue that soon)

Went back on 12/15 did another blood hcg test at (“5w5d”) it came back 6,267.. made an appointment for 12/30

An according to this chart I could have totally been about 2-3 weeks when I got my HCG blood test done!

Appointment on 12/30 was supposedly (“7w6d”). Was told that I’m in the suspicious area of 90% could be miscarriage or 10% I conceived late & I’m not as far along as we thought. I was told they see the gestational sac but no yolk sac (even though I’m pretty sure I see it) unless I heard her wrong (very possible on that part) but no baby, no fetal pole and no heartbeat.. (which would make sense if I’m not 7w6d).. I go back on 1/06 to see if there is a fetal pole or any change… fingers crossed but what do y’all think? Has this happened to anyone & everything be okay?

I know every woman is different but I just need some hope… cuz right now I’m just worried & scared to lose my baby! 😭😭
