Period 4 days late HELP!!

So I was due for my period Wednesday 12/29/2021 and I took a test that same day it was negative. I took another one on Thursday and it was also negative…. I’m going on Day 4 and still no period, yesterday I did experience some vaginal cramping so I just assumed it was my period but it wasn’t, I’ve been nauseous, tired, toothaches and very emotional lol. I do have PCOS so is it possible I tested too early and could be pregnant???? Although I have PCOS my period are very regular every month 4-5 days.
