Ovidrel but +hpt

Hey guys!

I took my ovidrel injection on 12/25, and did hpt every morning and saw my positives. Yesterday I swore it was negative and then this morning it was positive again, I did a digital and it says pregnant. I looked back at the hpt from yesterday and now it’s faintly positive. Do you think it could’ve just changed since it’s after the read time and it could be positive today??? Trying to be excited but also cautiously excited as I know it can stay in your system.
