Never pregnant. Anyone else?

Question

Our diagnosis is unexplained and we’ve been trying a torturous 3.5 years. Did IUI, did IVF ICSI and neither worked. Has this happened to anyone else? What finally worked for you? Or what finally ended up being the issue? I feel like there’s gotta be something we’re missing

I tried with my ex husband for 5 years. Nothing was ever found to be wrong. We divorced and I met my current fiance went vegetarian and got pregnant with our son first month of trying. I'm now currently pregnant with our second (10 weeks) after 4 months of trying. I really believe it was the changes I made to my diet that helped and also I was way less stressed because after I divorced my first husband I picked up medical marijuana

We have not been successful, but we were unexplained for a long time. I finally got an endometriosis diagnosis through surgery. Didn't help us conceive but it did give us some answers we didn't have through any other method of testing.
