I’m afraid

I’m afraid that I will never get pregnant… I have no idea what is going on. I have had countless tests ran on me and my SO… all come back normal. Haven’t been on birth control since roughly 2018…. My fertility doctor doesn’t seem to concerned. I have done so much research and from what I have read more than 1 year with regular sex and no pregnancy is deemed infertile ? Is this true ? What do I do?? I thought this was our month I really did. Here I am just two days before my period. Sore boobs gone, BFN. Please god when will it be my turn.
