Instead period pain after chemicals!

I’ve had two chemical pregnancies in the last 6 months, after the first one my periods started becoming pretty painful but bearable. After this last one last month my periods are so painful it makes me weak, nauseous, overheat, and I feel like I’m going to pass out from the pain. My dr can’t see me until March to see what’s going on so I have the next 3 months of pain and I’m just looking for any and all suggestions to what may help or what could be causing it to be so painful.
