Anyone TTC baby #2 and it’s not happening as easy as you conceived baby #1?

I conceived my first baby in only 4 months of trying so i thought trying for baby #2 would be easy but I just got my period again after 5 months of trying to conceive. Anyone else find it took longer to conceive baby #2?

Literally same exact boat. Found out I was pregnant exactly three years ago with my first baby. We started trying for our second in August and I had a chemical in September. I’m feeling nervous now that I still haven’t been able to conceive again and carry. Hoping our positives are right around the corner! Hang in there!

Hey hun, yeah definitely! End of Jan marks 1 year of me being off of birth control and us trying to conceive baby 2. With my daughter we didn't even try and she was conceived while I was in between leaving my one bc pill and waiting for my next period to start on a new one (I was bleeding between periods on that pill). Now my daughter is 2.5 years old and no luck with baby 2

Conceiving baby #2 was easier than baby #1
With my 1st baby I had to take progesterone 
With this one I assumed I didn't ovulate anf ended up pregnant

My story is sort of similar… I tried for my first two pregnancies for only one month and was pregnant and brought them to full term and healthy beautiful babies…. And then I started trying for number 3 and it’s been a nightmare.  We have been trying and medicating for over a year with two miscarriages…

Yes same boat! Got pregnant in 2 months with #1 and 2 years later we’ve had to try for 7 months now for #2.
