Advise/kind words please?

Me and my partner are hoping to start trying for baby #2 this year! I’m not on any form of contraception (haven’t been on anything for 2 years since my son was born because it makes me unwell), but my partner always pulls out during sex. (Not the best method of BC I know! But it’s worked for us).. anyway, 2 days before I ovulated in December, he didn’t pull out.

The last two times I got pregnant with him, it was only the once or twice where he actually ejaculated in me that made me catch, (we lost our first baby but had our rainbow in 2019). I’m due AF in 4 days and the the last 3 days or so I’ve had sore nipples, a few waves of nausea and and tender breasts.. I don’t normally get this when AF is coming.. I’m hoping it’s because I’m pregnant but I don’t want to test yet as I’m too nervous!
