Late period or implantation ?

My period according the app is 5 days late.

Took a test a couple days ago, it was negative. Later that day I had the slightest bit of blood. Pink if you will. Had some cramps that lasted a few minutes only a couple of times.

Still no “blood”

Would I get a positive during implantation bleeding or will it be after?

Not saying it’s positive, just in general lol

Was pregnant before but had a missed miscarriage and even then I wasn’t sure when my period was coming. It’s just been a confusing wild ride lol
