Friend thinks she having infertility issue !

Okay I’m seeing are there any ladies with similar stories and or advice for me to give my friend.

She’s been pregnant in the past but unfortunately had a miscarriage, it’s been a year later and she tried with two different partners but still hasn’t gotten pregnant again and thinks she maybe having issues.

I told her that maybe its god saying they not went for her right now but I honestly don’t know what to say because we’re still in our 20’s but she’s wants kids .
