BBT or OPK?
Hi ladies, first time charting bbt and OPKs. I’ve noticed a spike in temp but have yet to receive a positive opk. I’m confused on which to believe. My highest on opk was .58 yesterday. FF says I’ll ovulate tomorrow but why the temp spike? (The missing temp is due to it being so low Glow would not consider it.)
