IUI MI

Hello we have been ttc for almost 3yrs with no luck. Thankfully we found out the reason why in Nov 2020 azoospermia. My husband has been on clomid last year and again this year. His count went from 0.003% to 2million. Im very aware that this is still low but im wondering when it gets to 5-8 million is iui even worth it? We will be paying out of pocket for literally everything since we both have medicaid. No big deal since I know fertility treatments are costly. Has anyone done iui with a low sperm count and conceived? All my searching has gotten me done. Everything else was great on his analysis except the count. His urologist laughed and said well the little sperm you do have moves very fast😂
