Refusing bedtime kiss

I got upset with my husband this evening because he literally sat in the couch all evening watching tv and didn’t help with anything at all, he came up to the bedroom over an hour after I’d already gotten ready for bed and when he went to kiss me goodnight I just said “goodnight” and turned over, which he then turned over and started snoring. Now im feeling bad because I should’ve just expressed what made me mad but I didn’t want to start a fight at 11pm. Usually he’s the one that when he’s upset will refuse intimacy, kissing, sex, etc. so it’s not normal for me to act this way. Knowing him he probably won’t attempt to kiss me again for a while and now I’m not sure how to approach telling him what upset me.
