Confused 😧

so my husband tells me he no longer wants to be married yet he wants to be with me . He tells me that the expectation of marriage is too much for him and that he cannot make me happy with my expectations. My expectations are very simple… provide . I have no problem working but I definitely should be able to lean on him and know there is some security . Since our daughter was born 2020 he’s been jumping from jobs/careers. I haven’t been fully ok with his decisions but I try to be as supportive as I can .. we do not have our own place anymore . And for me it’s hard to find a really good job because I have our daughter . I’m just really confused on why he would want to divorce and still be with me when I’ll still have expectations of him as a partner . The math just isn’t adding .. is this a manipulative tactic ? I’m confused by this
