Is there a way to ONLY lose belly fat??
I am a thicker female but I don't hate the way my body looks. If anything I really love my legs and butt, but the problem is they're like 99.99999% fat. Every time I start going to the gym or I try exercising at home, I tend to lose the fat in my legs along with the fat on my stomach, if anything the fat in my legs are the first to go. I don't necessarily want anything about them to change, or at least very minimally. I'm even content w my arm fat. I really ONLY wanna lose the fat thats in my stomach, but I'm not sure how. Does anyone have any food/work out recommendations that won't make me lose my butt, but will still flatten my stomach? Do I just do sit up's for the rest of my life?? Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated
