Omni symptom?

I tested positive for covid Thursday but I was only really sick Monday-Wednesday. I had a sore throat, body aches, fever, congestion and lots of coughing. Also my appetite has been messed up like I get so hungry then I look at food and I wanna throw up which is still happening even tho I feel fine now. There’s one more things that’s happening and I’m curious if it’s happening to anyone else. My eyes have been hurting so much like it’s pressure inside. If you wear glasses it’s kinda like when you take them off or your prescription has gone bad and you have to squint to read. Idk if it’s Bc of covid or if it’s something else but it’s so annoying
