Was this harsh of me? I only tried being a good friend to her

All she does is complain about her boyfriend, he cheats on her and hits her and even told me that he had a girl over but always go back. She makes her self look like a fool on Facebook complaining about him like if we're a diary and goes back. I tried being a good friend cus we been friends for 7 years now and now I realize she isn't a good friend not cause of her boyfriend but the way she acts with me and lies to me. So I'm done being a good friend to people who don't deserve well really they need crappy friends and crappy loves one in their life since they like to act like that.
