How do you train yourself to enjoy the moment when you’re having sex? I have a problem where my man is going ham and I am too busy thinking to enjoy and I struggle to reach the finish line. Any tips to just make it stop?

Also I want to make it more enjoyable for him. I help out orally and it gets loud and messy but how can I make it even better for him?? We usually have our fun in my car, dodging people wherever we can. Almost been caught a few times… but that’s another story
