Hi ladies! I'm excited to post this BFP that I got approximately 17 DPO on CD 36. I'm 32.5 years old, no live birth history. Average 32 day cycles which rarely go past day 35.
Chemical pregnancy in July
This was cycle 6 TTC
Lifestyle changes from this past cycle;
I quit smoking cigarettes
New job with much lower stress levels and shorter shifts.
400 mcg coq10 twice daily
2000 to 8000 mcg vitamin d twice daily
1.5 servings of prenatal vitamins
200 McG inositol after ovulation once daily
Red raspberry leaf tea from cd1 through ovulation day
Sex daily
Preconception vitamins for my man
Please pray for us! I'm a bonus mama and we are so excited for an ours baby.
I think it was quitting smoking that made this cycle a success.
