Need Birth Control Advice

Hi! I’m on the 28-day birth control pills and I need some advice. This month, I haven’t been the greatest about taking my pill daily. On my second week, I forgot to take my pill Friday through Sunday - and had some bleeding on the following Monday. I started taking my pills consistently since then but haven’t received a period the entire length of my placebo pills (last one is tomorrow). I’m not sure what I should do….should I start my next pack up like normal or should I hold off on taking my BC until my period comes?
