Provera

I take Provera every 3 months for a withdrawal bleed. I have pcos and this time after taking it i have not had a withdrawal bleed. Its now been 16days and I’m not getting crampy pains like I usually do and I usually get the withdrawal bleed between 7-10 days after my last tablet. I have also noticed my side is swollen but it’s not sore and I’ve been extremely tired and have random bruises. I don’t know if they’re all connected but I’m worried as to why I’m not having a withdrawal bleed and I don’t want to just go straight to the doctor if there’s something i can do at home, as doctors are extremely busy at the moment. Can anyone suggest what i should/ could do? Or what could possibly be wrong?
