Is there hope for my baby? Measuring 5 days behind.

Hi there. Was hoping for some positive outlooks. Maybe someone experienced something similar in the past.

To make a long story short… Monday I found out I was spontaneously pregnant by a hpt. [I was getting ready to start the IVF process up again for hopefully baby #2] Wednesday I went in for a beta test. My HCG level was 15791. Today, Friday I was able to see the fetal pole, gestational sac, and yolk sac. But no heartbeat. According to my last period I should be 6w3d, but only measuring 5w6d. I am going back next Friday for another ultrasound. Is there any hope for me? They didn’t seem so optimistic but said there is a chance I ovulated late. I’m just an emotional rollercoaster over here.
