Self Awareness and healing

Last year was a shitty year, I was cheated on and didn’t know that I was the whole 2 years we was together. He gave me Trich and It lead to me having that and HPV. I have fibroids and have been trying to go to different doctors to put my health first and having my best interest at heart. My ex was a narcissist and I am trying to heal and do better and I am asking God to help me. I don’t wanna give up and I don’t wanna think about that relationship. I want to do better and think about myself everyday. I have been tested for Trich 3 times and it did not work. I am tired and I just want all this pain to go away. I want to be a healthy. I was healthy before I met that person. I don’t wanna be in my room or get away from the world but it’s hard.

I don’t know what to do anymore and I don’t wanna isolate myself.
