Pregnancy cramps? Please help!

Hi everyone! So I just got my positive pregnancy test and I am in need of some advice. So...the reason I even took a test to begin with is I started having some of the WORST acid reflux I have ever had in my life. It was non stop and it just wasn't normal for me. I bought a cheapy $1 test because I thought "Eh what could it hurt?". IT WAS POSITIVE. I freaked out and went to get another one....it was positive too! Mind you the first one was pink dye and the other was blue. I don't know if I should believe it or not....the lines just appeared SO quickly...it feels like a prank.

Anyway...I've also been feeling some period-esk cramps in my pelvic area and in my back. It has been happening since before I tested and it goes away then comes back....often. Is this normal? Everything that I read basically says it's not. It isn't only on one side all the time either. I'm confused! Please help 😭
