🆘

My daughter is going to be 2 years old in March and has slept through the night a handful of times in her life.

-I’ve put her in her crib and let her cry doing periodic checks and she’ll stand in her crib and scream “mama! Sorry!” And I can’t have her feel like it’s punishment.

- in the middle of the night if I let her cry she literally screams so loud and shakes uncontrollably so I always have to go in and reassure her it’s ok. She won’t fall back asleep on her own tho.

- I put her down between 6:45-7:30 , she’s up at 430 am for the day every day…

- she naps everyday for 1.5 hour and has normal 5-6 hour wake windows everyday.

I have tried literally everything. I’m considering a sleep consultant but I’ve heard their a waste of money….

- I want to have another baby but my husband I can’t even consider it until she’s sleeping through the night fully. Help!!!
