Not sure what to do

Hey guys so I’m lost here, and the lack of sleep is starting to get to me normally 3 nights out of the week I have a reoccurring nightmare of me dying either being shot or stabbed and I’ll wake up out of a dead sleep terrified and won’t be able to fall back asleep for a minimum of 2 hours. I work nights and I didn’t fall asleep til 4:50 am mountain time, and I was awoken by a nightmare at 5:48 am. The nightmares just started not long ago within the last couple of months or so. But it’s gotten to the point that I’m not sleeping well, and I’m always tired. Is there anything I can do stop them?
