Any chance easy at home tests give a false positive??

What a ride. I fucked up my ovulation tests bc it was my first month using clearblue advanced digital and I had no clue what I was doing / was trying to be frugal and wait. Lots of spotting either ovulation or IB, likely IB because I had it with my son. It wasn’t actually a lot as much as it was a tiny bit spread over 5 days which was super weird. Lots of random twinges and cramps, sometimes boobs hurt sometimes no, sometimes got those pulling sensations by my belly button, acne, dizziness, bloating, my uterus is already expanding and I already look pregnant since it’s baby #3. Hope it sticks, hope it’s real, feels surreal!!
