Uti Or kidney infection

I’ve been dealing with utis the past month this is my second time getting one and on antibiotics called macrobid I’m 14 weeks pregnant , has anyone experienced nausea and vomiting as a side effect? I feel really weak I can’t tell if it’s the uti or the antibiotics im scared it could be a kidney infection. In the middle of a snow storm right now so im really just trying to get answers from any other expecting mothers dealing or dealt with the same issue.
