4 month poo frequency?

My girl has not pooped for 3 days 😶 Exclusively breastfed. Several wet nappies everyday, but she used to poo everyday.. if not every other day. Should I be concerned?
Shes happy, farts here and there, tummy doesnt look bloated either.

My dr recommended Gerber good start soothe probiotics drops. We are on formula though. I still give her the drops every day otherwise she doesn’t ever poo… 😔

My pediatrician said they can go 7-10 days with out pooping and it’s still considered normal!

Totally normal! Although it freaked me out the first time my daughter went a few days without going as well. Breastfed babies can go up to 2 weeks without pooping. As long as when she does go is the normal runny consistency she’s good.

Don’t worry! My second baby would only poop every 10 days or so. She was breastfed too. Just always prepare for a blow out 😂💗
