Why is this happening!!?

So I’m on the pill, which I take Estelle-35 I think it’s called, and decided to skip my period 3 times in a row because I kept having things come up that I didn’t want to deal with my period with (exams, formal, party ect).

I finally decided to take my sugar pills again after three packs and then ever since my last period I haven’t stopped bleeding!! Even after going back to normal and taking a pill each day.

Its not like normal bleeding though, much darker and browner with a lot of “clumps” (???) and is starting to get very annoying.

I have also had covid recently and wondered if it could be part of it but I have no clue abs it seems silly.

So my question is: has anyone ever been through something similar? And is it just like a “build up” after skipping three periods or so?
