So I’m 22, about 5’2 and I’ve always struggled with body confidence. I’m very thin and scrawny; I see other girls my age who have beautiful toned legs and I get so jealous! I look like a child and I want to look more like a woman. I don’t like going to the gym because of social anxiety so I’m looking for some home workouts I can do. Bare in mind, I’m not looking to lose weight; I just want to tone myself up a bit. Any tips would be amazing!
