On the 16th I this month I gotten the flu shot and every time I get the flu shot I get extremely sick and one of my coworkers had a fever but had no choice but to come in... I stand up for eight hours during work and now my feet are swollen and hurts really bad. I just soaked them in hot water for 45mins with a relaxing rose bath salt then just soaked them in hot water for ten minutes now I'm elevating it as I'm writing this. Hopefully that helps that issues. As for this sickness I've been taking Tylenol extra strength every six hours, Halls Vitamin C defense cough drops and drinking white grapefruit 100% juice. Does anyone else have any other thing I can do to help the swelling and get rid of this cold. BTW my sister is sick too smh.
