Dry scalp😭🤚🏽

Question

I guess this falls in this topic. What are some shampoo and conditioner products for dandruff that isn’t head and shoulders? And good for your hair that is paraben and sulfate free. 
I’ve just recently developed dry scalp and I’ve been using my scalp scrub religiously and I’m not sure if using my suave and treseme conditioner are the culprit. I just need help. I go to the doctors next month so I’m not severely worried about it I just need to get better shampoo and conditioner.

You can’t use the scrub all the time because it’ll dry it out. Use it once a week only. I use oils on my scalp and it helps a lot. I hear up olive oil and rub the warm oil all over my scalp and leave it for as long as possible

Dilute it with what. Put in a spray bottle
And spray your hair after you wash and conditioner it. Then rinse but that’s it. After blow dry your hair out doesn’t have to be perfect just to get it damp and then style as you please. It doesn’t relaves a smell in your hair after you do this. It should help the PH balance on your scalp.

I made my own scalp oil using olive oil and peppermint oil infused  with fresh rosemary. Ive had No more itching  since.  Nothing else I tried worked for me, but this oil helped me tremendously.

I’ve worked years at hair salons, and a big culprit is what your using. A lot of the cheaper brands use Sodium Laureth Sulfate, which can not only dry out your scalp, but add a layer of plastic on your hair (build up). 
I also don’t know how hot you take your showers (like me!), that will also dry out your scalp.
