TTC need help

So I took a ovulation test on the 24 of December and it was positive my husband and I had sex on the 24, 26, and 27th. Then I had had spotting and medium bleeding on the 1st of January through the 4th. My husband and I had sex on the 2nd. I have had nothing but stretchy CM then my husband and I had sex and the next morning I had bleeding on the 15th of January and have had heavy then light bright blood with small clots. I took a pregnancy test and a very faint line showed up immediately. What could be going on is it a miscarriage or implantation we have the chance for twins could that have anything to do with it. Help !!
