3 1/2 month old has covid

My poor baby has covid and she’s having fevers and a very wet cough and just seems so miserable, she’s feeding well and I give her Tylenol around the clock, had a video call with her pediatrician and she just said to give Tylenol, cool mist humidifier, lots of feedings and to watch her breathing, if she starts to hav difficulty breathing then obviously to go to the er but today I feel like her cough is worse she still has fevers but her breathing is fine and she’s still feeding I just feel like I’m not doing enough like I don’t know what else I can do
