Can I take this type of unisom?

Didn’t realize it wasn’t the regular kind.  It had melatonin and B6 in it.

Should be fine. Melatonin is naturally produced by the body and b6 is used for nausea in pregnancy marked as safe so should be fine based on those two ingredients

My doctor said melatonin is not recommended. I didn’t ask why.

I’m going to say no. My dr says b6 and unisom are fine but not melatonin because pregnant woman's melatonin can cross the placenta and bind to receptors in a fetus, suggesting melatonin levels impact an unborn baby.
