Please don't judge, just advice please

I never thought I'd be the "crazy gf". Well turns out I am.  My boyfriend had two gfs before me and they were relatively long relationships.  I couldn't stop thinking about them and went as far as messaging one on Facebook saying "are you my bfs ex"  she contacted my bf and told him and he flipped on me.  I don't blame him.  He said if I ever reached out to his past again it'd be over.  Well before, I sent his other ex an email, using a different name and asking for career advice.  I guess I just wanted to see what they were both like.  I didn't tell him about the email.  Should I?  I deleted the email address and everything.  So she has no way of emailing me back and she wouldn't know who I am.  I know. I'm that crazy gf.  :-/ smh.  Should I tell him or just forget it and forget his exs?
