TTC & Lose Weight at the Same Time
Hi! My husband and I have just started TTC. I've been both to my GP and a new OBGYN and they both said everything looks good to go aside from me being overweight. I'm just wondering if anyone had any advice or thoughts on trying to lose weight at the same time as TTC. And if I get pregnant right away, should I continue weight loss efforts? Thanks!
