Mild cramping all day
I have been cramping all day today. It is very mild. I am wondering if it could be gas even though the pain is VERY low. I am a little worried as I saw one article say pelvic pain could be a miscarriage. I am 10 weeks and the baby had a heartbeat when I checked earlier today.
