Help!!

So last week I had what I thought was an early period came on 4 days early and lasted for 5 days but no cramps or big clots like normal.Since then I’ve had food cravings like crazy, a little back pain breast look fuller and slightly hurt and using the bathroom a lot more and something kept telling me to take a test so I did and this was the result…is this real?? Can you guys see it?? Should I be concerned due to the bleeding?? I took another test right after this one and it was wayyyy lighter and also took a digital right after with different pee and it was negative..is it because I had just peed and was pushing pee out lol?
