Almost 4 months PP, normal?

Hello! I had my first back in September of 2021. At my 6 week appointment I had gotten onto birth control I was on before pregnancy and it did not react to my body well so my doctor put me on another pill. I’ve been on this pill for 2 months now. Since this 2 months my period has just been WACK. I’ll have my full 7 day period, be off of it for 5 days then right back on it…multiple times this has happened and even this morning I’m spotting. So basically to sum it up, I’ve had 3 periods within these past 4 weeks. Should I be bleeding this often? I called the nurses line for my OBGYN and she stated this is normal and if it continues next month then come in…something just doesn’t seem right.
