Period cramps?

So i have a small cyst on my left ovary, doctor said nothing to be medically concerned about. I said ok… A couple months later i turn 20, now im not understanding is I’m getting theses really server cramps in my abdomen like the entire abdomen all day weeks apon weeks both of the ovaries are in pain and im getting nauseous with it too I haven’t changed my birth control yet I’ve been on the pill for a year and a couple months. The pain is so bad im ready to go to the hospital half the time, My appointment is soon so i haven’t bothered but in afraid its something serious and they’re gonna ask why didnt i come sooner. I tried looking it up but wasn’t really giving a clear answer! Nothing helps my pain not even 800 mg of perscription ibuprofen i have to be either curled in a ball or holding my stomach. Anyone else go through this? 😕😩
