Need some advice

I cant confirm anything until my emergency ultrasound at 2pm today and it's killing me. I cried all night, because I'm pretty sure I'm loosing my baby 😭 yesterday it started out with light pink spotting when wiping, turning into darker red by the next couple pees. By noon I was dripping lots of blood into the toilet and passed a large size tissue like clot. I do have period like cramping it comes and goes.

We went to emergency and got blood work done but I still havnt gotten it back yet. Dr. said she can't confirm misscarage until results are in but the likliness is large because of the tissue like clot.

I keep reading about SCH - is it possible???? Has any had bleeding and large sized tissue like clots ? I'm dying here. I just want my baby to still be OK 😭
